Demand More than a Settlement

NOT JUST ANOTHER LEGAL TEAM. A TRUE RESULTS MACHINE.

At VanStone Injury Law, we’ve reimagined what it means to be a personal injury law firm. While traditional law firms remain focused on the assembly line ‘churn and burn’ client model, we’ve built a practice around what clients actually need: transparency, accessibility, and results.

Our Team:

No Fluff. All Fight. And We Win Big.

Danielle VanStone | Personal Injury Attorney

Danielle VanStone

Chief Operating Officer

VanStone Injury’s evolution from a high-performing law firm into a modern, scalable legal operation began with Danielle VanStone. As Chief Operating Officer, Danielle brought her Fortune 500-trained mindset and a no-nonsense approach to growth, operations, and experience, marking a watershed moment in the firm’s history.

Before joining the firm, Danielle spent over a decade in the business technology sector for a publicly-traded Fortune 500 company, where she led national divisions across technology, creative, and marketing. That background shaped her leadership style: systems-focused, high-accountability, and built on genuine relationships.

At VanStone Injury, her impact was immediate and lasting. She doubled the firm’s staff in just five months, overhauled its internal software systems, and launched a provider-focused business arm that added over $1.5 million in monthly case flow. She also led a full social media and advertising relaunch that cut marketing spend by 35% while driving a sharp increase in client signups.

And that was just the beginning of her story…

Danielle doesn’t practice law, but she’s one of the firm’s greatest strategic advantages. Her leadership powers the infrastructure behind every client win, every team success, and every milestone the firm achieves. She’s helped architect a culture that scales, systems that perform, and a brand that delivers.

Joshua Beagle | Personal Injury Attorney

Joshua Beagle

Attorney

From the start of his career, Joshua Beagle made a deliberate decision to enter the insurance defense world, embedding himself in the corporate system to study it from within. He spent years tactfully building experience, mastering career strategy, and quietly sharpening his skills. It wasn’t a detour, it was a setup. Now, he brings that insider knowledge to high-value car crash and personal injury cases; he knows how carriers build their defenses, where they break, and exactly how to apply pressure.

That pressure isn’t just strategic, it’s relentless. Backed by over a decade of litigation experience, Josh is known for the most aggressive style at the firm: calculated, unshakable, and designed to expose weaknesses early. He’s especially lethal in insurance adjuster depositions, where he’s built a reputation for extracting damaging admissions that can turn the tide of a case. Every move he makes is intentional; built to corner the opposition, leverage academic know-how, and literally make his clients rich.

Josh earned his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and holds a bachelor’s in Political Science and Psychology from Michigan State University. His academic foundation in both law and human behavior fuels a litigation style that’s as psychologically sharp as it is legally sound, and it shows in the results he delivers.

James Ekleberry

Attorney

James Ekleberry’s path to becoming a Michigan personal injury attorney began with his own experience as an accident victim. Shortly before entering law school, James was riding his bicycle home from his summer job when he was struck by a negligent driver who did not see him. After spending 10 days in the hospital and undergoing multiple surgeries, he gained a firsthand understanding of the challenges injured people face when dealing with auto insurance carriers and defense attorneys. That experience drew him to civil litigation and representing plaintiffs. That experience continues to inform his advocacy for clients throughout every phase of the claims and litigation process.

James graduated from Wayne State University in 2010 and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2013. Since his admission to the bar in 2014, he has helped thousands of clients recover millions of dollars in compensation for injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and other cases involving tort claims.

In recognition of his work on behalf of injured clients, The National Trial Lawyers has honored James as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Attorneys in Michigan every year from 2018 through 2026.

Bradley Wing headshot

Bradley Wing

Attorney

With 20 years of experience practicing law, Bradley Wing brings a unique perspective to personal injury representation. For most of his career, he represented insurance companies, gaining firsthand knowledge of how insurers evaluate claims, defend against lawsuits, and make decisions that affect injured individuals and their families.

Eventually, Bradley decided it was time to put that experience to work for people who need an advocate in their corner. He transitioned to representing individuals because he wanted to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, helping them navigate difficult circumstances and holding insurance companies accountable rather than protecting their profits.

His background representing insurance companies gives him valuable insight into how they approach personal injury claims and the strategies they use to defend them. Today, he uses that knowledge to anticipate challenges, advocate for his clients, and pursue the compensation they deserve. Bradley understands that behind every claim is a person, a family, and a life that may have been changed by an unexpected injury. His goal is to provide each client with the attention, guidance, and dedicated representation they deserve during a difficult time.

Outside of his practice, Bradley enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children.
